All information and pictures contained
herein have been checked for accuracy. However, since
these are descriptive only, Destino Caribe cannot be
held responsible for any unforeseen changes or loss
of enjoyment. All photographs of the hotels are published
as illustrations of the property only. Most hotels offer
variations of rooms with differences in decor, size
and location.
It is the traveller's responsibility
to obtain, at his/hers own expense, a travel insurance
at the time of booking. Destino Caribe does not take
responsibility for uninsured travellers, their health
problems, damaged or lost baggage, airport taxes, personal
extra expenses and unforeseen circumstances that travellers
may incur.
It is the traveller's responsibility
to obtain, at his/her own expense, all documentation
required by the relevant authorities. Customs, airlines
and immigration officials may deny a traveller's entry
in or exit from their country for any circumstances.
Destino Caribe cannot be held responsible and will not
refund any money. It is also the traveller's responsibility
to obtain the relevant information for travelling included
but not limited to schedules, airlines and hotels.
Destino Caribe reserves the right to
change published prices without notice or to pass on
government imposed taxes, transportation related fees
or surcharges including but not limited to those for
fuel price fluctuations and currency surcharges to the
travellers. In the event that Destino Caribe decreases
pricing, the revised rates are valid on new bookings
only. Previously reduced rates may increase without
notice, and is valid on new bookings only.
Any change requested by the clients is
subject to the cancellation penalty.
All changes are subject to the rates of the new products
booked as per the original date of reservation. If a
reservation is changed more than once then Destino Caribe
reserves the right to increase the administration fees.
Payment for your reservation should be
made before the date indicated in the confirmation e-mail
sent by Destino Caribe. If payments are not received
within the specified period, Destino Caribe reserves
the right to cancel your reservation and apply penalties.
Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed.
Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late
arrival. The total charge includes all room charges
and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any
incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and
room service will be handled directly between the client
and the property.
Hotels and services require prepayment. The payment
can be done either via Bank transference to our account,
(see details below) , in cash upon arrival to Cuba or
in any from and currency agreed by Destino Caribe and
the client.
In the event of cancellation of a traveller's
trip, Destino Caribe should be notified immediately.
Charges are billed as per the date the cancellation
is received by Destino Caribe and are applicable on
all products booked.
Destino Caribe reserves the right to resell any cancelled
seats, hotel rooms or other products. If the cancellation
by one or more persons alters the room category, the
remaining passengers will be held liable for the difference
in cost.
Destino Caribe will not pay compensation for changes
made because of war or threat of war, riots, civil disturbances,
terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and
nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics or health risks,
technical problems with transport including mechanical
and weather reasons, government action, closed or congested
airports, and similar events beyond our control.
Once you have paid for your reservation, the following
cancellation policy applies:
If you cancel the reservation 72 hours
before your intended arrival date, we will refund you
the total amount that you paid for your reservation,
minus the amount of 15.00 EURO for administration fees.
If you cancel the reservation within 72 hours or less
of the date of arrival, we will refund you the total
amount that you paid for the reservation, minus the
amount of the first night of your intended stay for
no-show charges. Your invoice will state: Destino Caribe
Admin Fee / No show penalty.
Refunds will be transferred back to the person that
paid to Destino Caribe to the bank selected by the customer
and in accordance to the possibilities within the next
three working days after Destino Caribe and the client
agree the details of the refund. The fees for the refund
transfer will be paid by the client.
Destino Caribe is not responsible for
any unused portions of your trip or tour services and
will not refund any money. Failure to redeem the tour
components as per the pre-arranged times may result
in the loss of that tour component and no money will
be refunded.
The quality of the hotels has been rated
in accordance with the normal standard of the destination
and could be different from the standard in other countries.
Service may be interrupted at any time for renovations,
maintenance, or construction.
Destino Caribe cannot be held liable
for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays
or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever,
to the traveller and/or travelling companions or group
members, resulting from events beyond Destino Caribe
or a supplier's control, including but not limited to
acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes
or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots,
earthquakes, weather conditions, floods, or acts or
restraints imposed by government authorities.
In the event that a hotel refuses to
honour your reservation, Destino Caribe only responsibility
will be to relocate the passengers in other hotels of
the same category or superior accommodations without
compensation of any kind. Destino Caribe cannot be held
responsible for any inconvenience resulting from this
change.
Destino Caribe cannot be held responsible
for any requests not honoured such as but not limited
to ocean view, special meals, bedding. The hotel or
airline may levy possible surcharges. Destino Caribe
will not confirm any requests before departure.
All hotels have assigned check in and
out times. It is possible that your hotel room will
not be ready when you arrive. The hotel may require
you to vacate the room earlier than your scheduled departure.
All applicable promotions must be reserved
or requested at time of booking. For promotions such
as but not limited to Honeymoon Special, proof of eligibility
is required upon check-in.
A disabled traveller must provide a doctor's
certificate authorising ability to travel. Destino Caribe
is not responsible for the provision of any special
requirements by persons who are either physically or
mentally disabled. Many hotels are not equipped to handle
disabled passengers; as a result, travel to these properties
will be at the traveller’s own risk.
The traveller agrees to adhere to the
rules and laws of the country he/she is visiting. Should
the traveller conduct him/herself in a manner threatening
to the supplier and/or other passenger(s), the supplier
has the right to refuse service or expel him/her from
the hotel. In this event, the traveller is responsible
for all costs and no refund will be issued for any unused
portions.
Destino Caribe makes arrangements with
independent companies and is not responsible for any
acts or omissions on their behalf. Destino Caribe shall
not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury
whether physical or mental, or to property, resulting
from any delay, substitution or deficiency of quality
of equipment or service, or any act, omission, negligence
or commission of any party supplying any of the services
or accommodation herein. We reserve the right to refuse
any booking and refuse any passenger as a member of
these tours at any time.No representative of any company
is authorised to change or override the contract once
a reservation is booked.
Standards of living vary greatly from
country to country. Be advised that living conditions
may be different in respect to provision of utilities,
services, food and accommodation outside of your country.
Destino Caribe assumes no responsibility for illness
or inconvenience resulting from the service provided
or omitted at the destination.
Destino Caribe does not transmit to unrelated
third parties the personal information you submit on
this site when registering or making reservations. However,
you must agree that Destino Caribe may share your personal
information with service providers such as hotels that
are directly related to your reservations requests.
You must also agree that Destino Caribe may from time
to time contact you by e-mail for purposes related to
your reservations, use of this site and related matters,
unless you specifically decline such contact through
an appropriate e-mail message.
This web site and the entirety of its
contents, including design, texts, and images are the

may be modified, transferred, published, reproduced
or sold without the express written permission of Destino
